We, as women need to make some major changes!

The urgent message from Mother Earth to the archetypal feminine:
Gather all the women to save the world.

We must take immediate action against unbelievable odds, our planet is in deep crisis and our inner faith is calling every one of us, that it is time we paid attention to the cries of our Mother the Earth and to the cries within our own souls, there has to be a better way to exist on our planet! If we are going to save her and live on her and it must be in peace and cooperation.

Our Mother the Earth, is putting out a call for all women to become strong warrior women and heed the call to save our planet, awaken our divine humanity and to affirm fundamental unity with all life. Ancient beliefs are coming forward to remind us who we are, we are part of Mother Earth and the vibrations of the entire universe are resonating within us.

The concept of "gathering of the women" is a metaphor for the circle that brings about a critical mass in any space, where women gather, to talk to one another and to bring about new ideas and their implementation. Every women and every mother knows in her heart she is tired of the conflict, of anger, of violence, of abuse and warfare in our world, as everyone knows that at its best this can be a nurturing, sharing, cooperative and loving world. Peace, is both small and huge in scope: stopping violence in families, at schools, in our streets and workplace to the threat of terrorism and war can all be resolved by …construct a new vision of peace by developing a peace culture based on the universal values of respect for life, liberty, justice, solidarity, tolerance, human rights and equality between women and men."

At the eve of the new millennium the United Nations General Assembly declared 2000 the International Year for a Culture of Peace and the Decade 2001-2010

The concept of "gathering of the women" for change and peace evokes all kinds of emotions, ideas and solutions. When you look around and discover what women have accomplished, you will wonder what your role is, once you begin to talk to one another you will find your path, because we all have a role in saving MOTHER EARTH

Accountability and Action are key motivators. Women are joining forces every moment of every day. In Crawford, Cindy Sheehan changed the balance of the conversation about the war because she speaks from her heart as a mother.

Millions and millions of astute women the world over, are sensing they have power and influence to make change and can do it the way women intuitively know how: – convening communication groups and cooperation circles, where feelings and ideas are shared, shaped and mutually agreed upon and then creatively implemented –

-- thru Arts, Business, Education, Healing Arts, Medicine, Politics, we can all contribute in large and small ways to make a difference and by helping men understand that women’s systems of integration can work and that power and money are not the essence of life but love and light are.

Earth heads towards certain disaster --

unless women rise up, empower others, and let their voice be heard in the most powerful way, the vulnerable will still continue to pay the price for patriarchal values. Women can be the savior of our Earth, by making a paradigm shift from the path of domination and violence that threatens us all, to a better world where we don't have to prove our masculinity, leaving it up to the men is not the solution, and the situation is becoming a looming global catastrophe, as the ice cap melts, the sea levels rise and ecosystems break down and some species have already been lost for ever.

The misinterpreted premise on which men rule the world is religion, monotheism is bringing us to the “brink."

Patriarchal religions, Christianity, Judaism and Islam are hierarchical in nature, sanctioning war against each other and claiming divine superiority and favoritism. Patriarchy revels in the humiliation of enemies and amassing bigger and bigger toys-nuclear missiles being the epitome -- while women, children, and the planet suffer from male egos that have run amok.

Stress triggers adrenaline and testosterone the "flight or fight" response in men, resulting in isolation and aggression. Women, react to stressful conditions with a "tend and befriend" response. Females seek social contact and support, as well as to protect and nurture their young while estrogen and oxytocin promotes calm, relaxation, and maternal feelings. Women are the only hope for the survival of our planet.

It is not to late to change direction, and by healing Mother Earth as a cooperative human family we really do protect what we love and cherish and only then will peace be a real possibility.
